In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "game92", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the game92 platform accessible at game92.org, which is an internationally licensed online gaming company.
• "Platform" means the game92 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated services, products, software, or applications operated by game92.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including deposited funds and any credited bonus funds that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the exclusive transaction currency on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process game92 is required to conduct on Players in accordance with applicable international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering standards.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or using any of the Services provided by game92, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional terms, rules, or policies referenced herein or published separately on the Platform, including but not limited to the game92 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and game92. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and contact game92 support to close your Account.

game92 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Use of the Platform and the Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an Account on game92.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not eligible to hold a Player Account.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

• You must not have had a previous Account on game92 that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.

game92 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility from any Player at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of Services on game92, you must complete the registration process and open a Player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• You may only hold one Account on game92 at any time. Opening multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms.
• game92 is required to verify your identity as part of its KYC obligations. You agree to provide any documents requested for this purpose promptly and without unreasonable delay.
• game92 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Upon successful registration, game92 will assign you a unique Account identifier. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• You must notify game92 promptly of any changes to the personal information held on your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. game92 recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication on their Account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• game92 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from game92 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
• You must notify game92 immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, by contacting [email protected].
• game92 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
• game92 reserves the right to suspend or lock your Account if it has reason to believe that your Account security may have been compromised, pending verification of your identity.

All deposits and withdrawals on game92 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through approved payment methods, which include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All payment methods used on game92 must be registered in your own name. game92 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account. These limits are subject to change at game92's discretion.
• Deposits are generally reflected in your Account Balance within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary during periods of technical maintenance or high transaction volume.

game92 offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance within your Account and are not available for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any other conditions specific to a bonus will be set out in the terms of the relevant promotion. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before opting in.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activities on the game92 Platform. Game-specific rules for individual products — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, colour prediction, and instant games — are published within the respective product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets placed on game92 are final once confirmed. game92 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where expressly provided for in the applicable game rules.
• game92 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, data error, or pricing error has occurred. Voided bets will be refunded to your Account Balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game round, the records held in game92's system shall be the definitive reference. game92's decisions on disputed outcomes are final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out on the Platform.
• game92 may impose bet limits, game limits, or session limits on any Account at any time, including as part of its responsible gaming obligations.
• game92 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any game, betting market, or Service on the Platform at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the game92 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on game92.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing Account maintenance.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in game92's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent or representative on behalf of other persons.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or negatively affects the experience of other Players on the Platform.

All content on the game92 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, software, game designs, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of game92 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

game92 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No broader rights are granted, either express or implied.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the Platform without the prior written consent of game92. Unauthorised use of game92's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, game92, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Service;
• Losses arising from any technical failure, server downtime, data corruption, or cyber-attack affecting the Platform;
• Losses arising from any error in odds, pricing, or game data where game92 has acted in good faith to correct the error upon discovery;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, advice, or content published on the Platform.

game92's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit game92's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

game92 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms:

• game92 is strictly an adult platform. No person under the age of 21 may register or use the Platform. Players who become aware that a minor has accessed the Platform through their Account must notify game92 immediately.
• game92 provides all registered Players with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are accessible within the Account settings section of the Platform.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy;

• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority;
• Commercial or operational decisions at game92's sole discretion.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, game92 reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance, including real-money funds and Bonus Funds, subject to any obligations imposed by applicable licensing conditions.

Any remaining Account Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms — game92 will endeavour to provide registered Players with at least fourteen (14) days' notice via the email address associated with their Account before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under game92's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and game92, you are encouraged to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting game92's support team. game92 will endeavour to resolve all Player complaints promptly and fairly through its internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through game92's internal complaints procedure, the dispute may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as specified under game92's applicable licensing conditions. game92 will provide information about the relevant ADR body upon request.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
